1. Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder 28/24 is obtained from liquid, pasteurized cow's milk with the addition of partly hardened palm oil, palm oil, color – carotenes, emulsifier: monoand diglycerides of fatty acids E471. Product is obtained by spray drying process and subjected to instantization process using lecithin (E 322).

Nutritional value in 100g of powder: energy: 2090kJ/500kcal; fat 28 g of which saturates 18 g; carbohydrate 38 g of which sugars 38 g; protein 24 g; salt 1 g*

The salt content is exclusively due to the presence of naturally occuring sodium

2.Application: Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder IFFMP 28/24 is an excellent substitute for whole milk powder. Has many applications in the food industry, including during the production of cheese-like products, ice cream, fermented products, milk drinks and in baking, confectionery, production of concentrates, dry mixes, chocolates, desserts, cream fillings, sauces and other products.

3. A direct packaging of IFFMP 28/24 are multi - layer bags with polyethylene insert, net weight 25 kg and big - bags net weight 700 kg. Direct packaging of IFFMP 28/24 are allowed for packaging food products in accordance with Regulation (WE) 1935/2004 (as amended).

4. Expiry date of IFFMP 28/24: should be stored at temperatures up to +25°C and relative humidity max 65% no longer than 24 months from the production date.

5. Other requirements:

• IFFMP 28/24 does not contain components or additives which include Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) Provisions of Regulations (WE) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003 of European Parliament and Council concern labeling permit and ability to track food and feed products produced from genetically modified organisms, they are met and product does not require any special labeling.

• IFFMP 28/24 is not treated with ionizing radiation. Provisions of Directive 1999/2 and Directive 1999/3 concerning foodstuffs and food ingredients treated with ionizing radiation and ingredients of foodstuffs treated with ionizng radiation they are met and product does not require any special labeling.

• Allergens are unacceptable except of milk (including lactose).
