Full cream milk powder is produced from standardized, pasteurized cow's milk. Product is obtained by spray drying.

NAME OF PRODUCT: FULL CREAM MILK POWDER 

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Full cream milk powder is produced from standardized, pasteurized cow's milk. Product is obtained by spray drying. 


2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 

 2.1. Packaging and transport 


 2.1.1. A direct packaging of full cream milk powder are: 

 - tank: clean, dry, approved for carrying food products 

 - multi-layer paper bags with polyethylene insert (PE) 25kg 

 - laminated foil bags 400g and 500g 

 - big-bags 1000kg or other. 

 In paper bags, the polyethylene insert is welded, and the paper bag is glued together. 

 The paper bags are placed on the pallets. 

 Direct packaging of full cream milk powder are allowed for packaging food products in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1935/2004 (as amended). 


 3.1.2. Transport 

 Carried out only by means of transport which protect products from damage, wetness and other harmful effects of the environment. The transportation is authorized to 

 transport foodstuffs and has valid sanitary documents. 


 3.2. Labelling 

 - name of product 

 - name and address of the producer 

 - production date and/or production code, Expiry date: „Best before:" 

 - net weight 

 - veterinary sign in oval: PL 20131601 WE 

 - nutritional value in 100 g: energy: 2084kJ/498kcal, fat 26 g of which saturates 17 g, carbohydrate 40 g of which sugars 40 g, 

 protein 26 g, salt 0,90 g* 

 * The salt content is exclusively due to the presence of naturally occurring sodium 


Genetically modified organisms (GMO) The provisions of Regulation (EC) 1829/2003 and Regulation (EC) 1830/2003 of European Parliament and Council on labeling, authorization and the traceability of food and feed products produced from genetically modified organisms, are kept and does not require any special labelling. 


4. Ionising radiation Provisions of Directive 1999/2 and Directive 1999/3 concerning foodstuffs and food ingredients treated with ionizing radiation and ingredients of foodstuffs treated with ionizing radiation they are met and product does not require any special labeling. 


5. STORAGE Full Cream Milk Powder should be stored in dry, clean, odorless warehouse. Storage temperature should be in the range from +1°C to +25°C and relative humidity 

<65%, no longer than: 

• 12 months from the packaging date (into paper bags and big bags) 

• 12 months from packaging date (into laminated foil bags).
